Alcohol Return Policy
Dear customer, it may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After receiving the return, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you return part of the order, you will receive a proportionate refund of the order amount to your account. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the address below with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@alcoline.nl stating your order number. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition.
If the product or packaging is damaged to such an extent that sale is no longer possible, we reserve the right to pass on the depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and return it in the original shipping packaging.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for this info@alcoline.nl You will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
I have submitted a wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If your product has already been sent and delivery has not been possible, we will resend the package after receiving the correct address and the necessary additional shipping costs.
